I have been resisting so much temptation today! But, I feel stronger for it. I seriously have a love hate relationship with food. I love the tastes, the flavors the feeling I get when eating but I absolutely hate how guilty it makes me feel and what it does to my health and overall my health is most important. This morning I woke up super early and went to the church bazaar. Man! They had all my favorite breakfast foods like biscuits and gravy, bacon and sausage...all of the fattening and delicious stuff I do NOT need. But, luckily I came prepared. I packed my own healthy lunch and had coffee. I was proud. That was so tempting. Shawn and I went to the movies so I didn't wwork out any. Pretty disapointed was looking forward to working out again. I'm going to make exercising a priority tomorrow. Well, looking forward to weighing Wednesday. I'm so tempted to weigh now but I don't want tobe too disappointed ya know'? Anyway! Enough for today!

Total= approx.150 calories
