Man! My legs are sore from all the dancing I did last night on wii!! Didn't go running or anything so I don't push it too much! I'm going to try and go tomorrow and hopefully my leg muscles will get accustomed to more work outs! I've been pretty busy today. Taking Gabriel to the Dr., grocery shopping, setting up for the church bazaar tomorrow and spending time with my family. I ate out twice today and believe it or not I did not get anything unhealthy or too high in calories. We stopped at Subway for lunch and I grabbed salads from Mcdonalds at dinner time. I put dressing on at home to save calories (no more RANCH for me!) and got an ALL veggie sandwhich from Subway. My husband loves to eat out every now and then. So, it's hard when I'm trying to eat healthy and lose weight. One thing I have found that helps me make good food choice and know what I'm eating is to check out a resteraunts menu online. I want to know what is in what I'm ordering and this is a great way to do so. Believe it or not most fast food places and restaraunts have the menu and nutrition facts listed on their websites you just have to look.
