Blah!

I don't think I've done too well the past day in a half but I tried harder today I've just been off my game. Definitely feeling the stress and depression of emotional eating. Ate some chocolate yesterday morning it have been feeling so guilty for it, like it defeated all my progress. So, I'm trying to get back up on that horse and make better decisions. I'm about to get on the wii and exercise for an hour or so, here goes!!


Food Journal

Breakfast

Peanut Granola bar (150 cals)

Brunch/Lunch

1 slice of 45 cal wheat toast

2 scrambled eggs (cooked in 0 calorie butter) (140 calories).

1 banana

1 cup of soy slender soymilk (70 calories)

Total= 250 calories

Dinner

Whole Grain Rice "fried" with one egg and lite soy sauce + Sauted mushrooms, onions and Shrimp (in 0 cal butter spray) (around 400 calories)

Dessert

Apple and Pumpkin Dessert (88 cals made with sugar substitute)
