Honestly, I don't think I'm eating enough and it's making me grab bad foods in between meals or give in to cravings easier because I'm actually hungry. That and I'm not drinking enough water. When I'm not too busy I'm sitting around doing nothing and both aren't ideal for trying to live healthier. Anyone, FINALLY managed to get a short run in, was going to do a longer distance but it started raining and my daughter was with me in the stroller so I literally sprinted home to push myself for the last part of my workout. Going to try to add a few sprints to my run/walk to push myself and shake up my workout so I don't hit anymore shitty plateau's! Well, until tomorrow I'm hanging in there and doing the best I can.

2, 90 calorie fiber one bars ( I was starving but shouldn't have eaten two, just needed to grab something quickly)
Snack
Sugar free pudding with sugar free short bread cookie crumbs
Lunch
Mini-Pimento cheese sandwhich on mini 40 calorie whole grain sara lee bread
Snack
Peanut butter chocolate wafer bars (totally crash on this one...)
Dinner
Kale Soup with chicken, carrots, onions and cayenne pepper. So delicious!
Snack
Banana with peanut butter
