Finally Up and RUNNING!

Last night got much better after exercising on the wii for about an hour. I hulu hooped for ten minutes, free ran for ten minutes and free walked for ten. I love the games on there! It's fun plus I burned about 400 calories. Talked about awesome. Then this morning I went for coffee and went on a mile walk/run! It felt so good to get moving. Running was easier than I expected. My lung aren't great but I am glad I've been a nonsmoker for some time now! I've gotta get my body back into great shape and I think I'm off to a pretty great start. I know I burned some good calories today and I've made good food choice so I've just gotta stay in this frame of mind and refuse to let negativity and pessimism get me down. Exercise makes me feel so great mentlly and physically. I'm gonna weigh again next Wednesday and share results! I'm trying not to weigh too often, especially not everyday because I know the body fluctuates with water and what not from day to day. I've got to drink lots of water, stay away from carbs and sugary snacks and I know I will continue to lose. Oh yeah going to rent Just Dance 3 for Wii and burn some calories later. Sounds like fun!

2 scrambled eggs cooked in 0 calories butter spray with sea salt (140 calories)

2 slices whole wheat toast with 0 cal butter spray (45 cals a slice)

Strawberry Banana smoothie-yogurt drink 200

Lunch

1 pomegranate

Healthy Choice meal (Sweet potatoes and chicken)

Total=400 calories

Snack

Rice Cake

Total=50 cals

Dinner

Two Turkey & Cheese Low Carb wraps with lettuce and honey mustard (about 150 cals each)

No sugar chocolate pudding (70 calories)Total= Approx. 400 calories


Snack

Carrots or Veggies with hummus :) YUM!
