Sorry, I haven't blogged in a few days I have been busy running errands and going here and there. This weekend has been fully loaded with tons of delicious foods! I have been out of the house alot but surprisingly have not had anything too fattening or over-induldged. Eating healthy on the weekend is a little bit of a challenge but it is not impossible. Honestly, I'v been so busy I've had to make time toI will blog a little of the past days meals. I went out this weekend with my girl and had a really great time. I felt pretty confident in my clothes. I danced and had fun, which burned calories and it was enjoyable. I don't want to be held back by my weight anymore. I want to feel sexy, confident and comfortable in who I am. Although, that doesn't have everything to do with weight it is a factor. This weeks goal is more EXERCISE. I'm really going to push myself, I'm gonna run longer and be sure to do it at least 4 times this weeks.
