I went running/walking again with mom! We went a bit further but my knee's hurt a bit so I didn't push it too hard. We live in the State capitol and ou Capitol building has a ton of stairs. We run up and down them three times! It was definitely a calorie burner! We walked and I ran the best I could and I am proud of myself for commiting to exercise already this week. I have eating really well today. Small, healthy meals! I am excited and nervous to weigh myself. I almost don't want too :( I'm afraid if I don't lose weight o if God forbid I gain any I will feel defeated! Oh, well gonna hang in there and weigh anyway so we'll see. Until tomorrow friends!
