As usual, today was packed with errands. Ripping and running most of the day. Did a little bit of Christmas shopping with my Sister. Wrapped some presents. Came home barely had time to throw together a dinner, albeit a healthy one. Man, I was literally on my way to the gym when I had to turn around drop my daughter off at home and go to the medicaid office to fix a cancelation of her health insurance. Stupid things lke that that can't wait really annoy me. Stuff like that keeps popping up and I have to make exercise a priority. By the time I got home, made dinner, put the kids to bed I was ready for a bath and relaxation. So, as usual I am going to plan to most definitely GET OUT and EXERCISE tomorrow. Thank goodness my diet is still healthy and well under control or else I'd probably balloon out. I'm not excited to weigh in this week on Wednesday!

90 calorie fiber one bar
