Just got done doing a dance exercise video I found on Netflix. It was called Dance Off the Inches: Fat Burning Jam. It was a lot of fun actually. It was about thirty minutes long but man I was sweating quite profusely. So, glad I got my exercise in early in the day so it doesn't get put off again. Exercise is becoming a real priority in my life and I want to keep it that way. My day always feels off when I don't get a good workout. I've noticed that. Today is supposed to be my "weigh" day buttttttt I am putting it off at the moment. I got really discouraged last week when I weighed because I was expecting to have lost more. But, if I lose even one or two pounds this week I will be really happy. I just want to steadily keep losing. I don't want to maintain obesity...it just seems hopeless when that happens. so, I'm going to weigh soon, do a little weight lifting and maybe catch a run later. Can't believe tomorrow is Turkey Day. I just want to focus on the thing I'm greatful for and not the food. I'm going to do an early afternoon run tomorrow before we go to my Grandmother's to eat that way, if I decide to have something delicious there won't be any guilt involved.

- Weight training: Curls with 8lbs weight (2 sets of 15), Kettlebell 10lbs (1 set of 15), Push-up on fitness ball (1 set of 30).
- Wii: 25 minutes on wii fit (161 calories burned), 1 single session on zumba and wii Dance 2
- Eliptical: 16 minutes (150 calories burned).
