Surviving Halloween

I made it through one of the most sugary Holiday's of the year. I survived Halloween and only consumed 3 mini sized snickers bars! We went to Mom and Dad's house and they made various soups and stews and things. We took our little one trick-or-treating and got some exercise. We walked around the block and it was a great time to be had by all! Even though yesterDAY went good the night was hard. About 2 am I got hungry and ate a honey bunn shawn left for me. I told him to hide it, eat it or throw it away so I wouldn't be tempted but he never did. It didn't even taste that good. And I was dissappointed with how many empty calories and sugars I consumed. I have weird hours with my little one's so if I'm hungry at one or two am I dont feel bad about eating carrots or a healthy treat but I've got to avoid the junk! I've been doing way to good. I was kinda down last night anyway, not in the best state of mind to resist temptation. Anyway, hope I still managed to drop a few extra pounds. I am definitely going for a walk today and maybe even go get a pedicure. I really need a pick me up. Being a mother of two is really hard so I need to take better care of myself so I can take good care of them. Don't know what I'm going to make for dinner but here goes;

Special K cereal with vanilla soymilk

Snack

Low Fat yogurt

Lunch

Salad with no sugar vinegrette dressing and feta cheese

A banana

Snack

Rice cake

Dinner

TBA Lord I don't know what I will make!!
