Feel so blessed to have spent Thanksgiving with a wonderful family, delicious food and zero stress. I ate normally and really enjoyed it. I didn't worry as much as I had anticipated and it was nice to have a Holiday with out calorie counting, over eating and worry. I woke up T-Day morning and did a 25 minute dance workout on Netflix. After our food settled our family went on about a mile walk to a farm up the road. I walked briskly and it was fun to spend time with my amazing family and burn calories. That definitely helped me ease some of my concern about this indulgent holiday. Yesterday we kinda picked at some left overs here and there but mostly just turkey, some stuffing and mashed potatoes. I had a great Holiday but I'm ready to get back on track. Haven't done any aerobics today but I'm making it a priority to go for a run/walk tomorrow NO MATTER WHAT. The Holiday was great and I enjoyed a few days of relaxation and not such a strict, calorie counted diet but it is time to get back to my normal routine and continue to bust some of these pounds!! I don't know if I mentioned in a previous post but I weighed on Wednesday, despite some apprehension and I'd lost 4.4 pounds! I was so excited! And totally surprised!
