Yesterday was hard, that is for sure. But, after all the hardship was through I just felt determined. I had to get a run in so yesterday I went running at like 9:30 pm. It was cold but it felt so good afterwards. I'm pushing myself a little further and further each time. Running a little more here and there. Once my muscle are warm it's much easier so I just make sure to stretch well. I am definitely going to run again today. I've got to make sure I push myself, watch what I'm eating and burn as many calories as I can. I wish I had a watch to time myself but...my birthday and Christmas are coming up so I'm trying not to buy too much for myself.
